The Parapet Drill drills four 28mm diameter by 240mm deep holes with four drills simultaneously.

Each drill operates independently of the other and has load sensing to protect against overloading due to drills jamming in reo.

The depth of each hole can be altered independently to suit the design or if reo is encountered at or near full depth.

The drill is driven along the wall to the next position with the push of a button and located with a measuring gauge attached to the machine.

Apart from only needing one operator to use, the operator is working from the safety of the deck of the bridge.

This drill was designed and manufactured for the M7 motorway.
